SAVING THE MENOMINEE

 

WISCONSIN’S Menominee River is spoken about with reverence by smallmouth devotees, including some of our own, but rarely named.

Indeed in some circles this was the river which shall not be named _ until the proposal for the Back Forty sulfide mine 150ft from the banks of the Menominee.
