The last day access on the Buffalo, Rush Landing has been closed due to damage received from the recent rains.
The road going to the campground was scoured by the creek and high clearance vehicles/4wd are needed on the roads and at the launch. The launch is covered in slick silt and not usable at this time.
A barricade has been set up closing off Rush at the Historic District (the first creek crossing) to keep people from driving through the area.
Rush landing is the last day float take out, before the 27 mile 3-day float to the White River.
