Missouri’s Biggest Fly Fishing Show: Tomorrow

The Tri-Lakes Fly Fishers of Bolivar will host their annual “Fly Fishing Expo” Saturday, April 2, at the Brighton Assembly of God’s activity building. There will be 40 fly-tyers from five states demonstrating their skills, 10 vendors including fly shops, outfitters, guides and the Missouri Department of Conservation. Two programs will be presented by guides Kent Campbell and Ginger Koziatek, “Nymph Fishing the Ozark Tailwaters, a Guide’s Guide” and “Destination: Solitude. Finding Places to Fish Without the Crowds.”

There is no admission charge. All programs, casting lessons at the outdoor casting pool by certified instructors, and tying demonstrations are free to the public. Doors open at 9 a.m. and the show will remain open until 5 p.m. Breakfast and lunch will be served at a reasonable price by the men’s group of the church. Click For More
