Chad Johnson’s innovative Freaky Frog
THE CURRENT issue of A Tight Loop Magazine features plenty of Dally’s Fly Shop including this tying video of Chad Johnson’s very very cool Freak Frog pattern.
If you are a bass fisher you are going to be seeing a whole bunch more of this pattern which won the Bass section of the Baxter Bulletin Fly Tying Competition, and is set to be launched by Umpqua for the 2013 season.
Huge kudos to Chad for becoming an Umpqua Signature Fly Designer, “Mississippi” is a damn fine tier, as well as being a good friend and outstanding guide. .
The mag also features an article on Chad’s “Hot Streak” on streamers this past winter.
