Clint Wilkinson and Kevin Brandtonies have been hitting Florida for some salty goodness. They have brought back stories, and the pictures to back them up, of tarpon, snook, bonefish, and peacock bass. It never fails to get my travel jones itching. But this year they outdid themselves.
The Journal bumped into Clint at the Dam Friday, how was Florida I ask.” Clint all low key and cools says “yeh pretty good did you get the pics I sent you” mentioning also he landed his first permit. Wholly molly when I opened the pics, the permit one was the first I turned too, that is one damn solid fish and a heck of a way to open your permit account.
