Chris Heppel hiding behind a nice White River Brown
Memphis duo of Chris Heppel and Dick Wittenberg introduced themselves to some White River brown trout and a surprise Arkansas’ snowfall last Sunday.
This trip with the Journal is destined to be an annual February outing. Chris was a ringer, unfortunately Dick’s nephew Whit couldn’t his second visit due to family obligations.
Despite the ugly conditions, in the morning at least, the White River did its bit serving up a bunch of fat rainbows and two nice browns. For some more pictures, including a bunch of snow, and a moredetailed report click here.
